Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
